S1, S2, S3, K1
Cable festoon systems guide electrical power cables (as flat and round cables) and hoses for gaseous and liquid media to movable devices. The festoon carriers are guided in box tracks. Carriers are available for flat cable, round cable or hoses. Carriers with non-symetric saddles allow data spacing between data cables and power cables on the same carriers. We can supply factory bent curves. Depending on the track loads and support span, these S1,S2,S3 galvanized steel sections will accommodate most requirements.
For corrosive enviroments the K1 PVC track with stainless carriers

V3
V3 cable festoon systems for curves and dusty environments guide electrical power cables (as flat and round cables) and hoses for gaseous and liquid media to movable devices. The festoon carriers are guided in tracks box tracks. Carriers are available for flat cable, round cable or hoses. Consider a multiplier of 0.7 x smallest radius for the maximum permissible cable loop in curved installations. The maximum permissible speed depends on the total amount of curve angles. |

I-Beam Supported
Festoon carriers usualy travel on I-Beam S75 (S3) to S180 (S7). Stainless Steel carriers are available for corrosive environments. For higher accelerations and loads we supply tow cables between carriers. Carriers with uplift rollers are used for windy installations. Cable loop clamps keep large numbers of cable together at the bottem of each loop. A toothed extension profile can fill in the voids in the carrier cable window to allow both round and flatform cables on the same carrier. Carriers with non-symetric saddles allow spacing between data cables and power cables on the same carrier. Options: Pre-assembled festoon system |
